In order to be a member of Heartland Dental Hygienists’ Association (HDHA), you
must first be a member of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association (ADHA) and Kentucky Dental Hygienists’ Association
(KDHA). This is accomplished by filling out one application. Click here to go to the online application form. Please note when filling out this application, your Constituent is KDHA, your
Component is HDHA #11 (component fee is $5).
HDHA covers Hardin, Meade, Grayson, Larue, Washington, Taylor, Breckenridge, Green,
Marion, and Nelson counties in Kentucky. Most of our Continuing Education Meetings are held in Elizabethtown, KY.
Members of HDHA receive discounts to our CE meetings, thus helping to offset the costs of Membership.
